There are numerous achievements within Discmania’s Year of the Shield. Members of Team Discmania have been consistently competing at the highest level and have taken down a load of hardware since the start of the season.
To help celebrate some of the biggest achievements, we’re introducing the Triumph Series. Each disc within the Triumph Series has a special bottom stamp commemorating a specific team member and accomplishment. These are only available for a limited time! Complete the collection before it is too late.
Grady Shue, Rookie of the Year
Grady Shue put the work in and dominated his way to the top where he’s been presented the title of 2017 Rookie of the Year. Shue’s commemorative stamp will adorn the dependable Swirl S-Line PD.
Eagle McMahon, 2018 Konopiste Open
After crushing competitions in the United States, Eagle McMahon went to take on the 2018 Konopiste Open and took it down claiming the title of Champion for himself. This was McMahon’s first PDGA Major victory. His commemorative stamp will adorn the classic Glow P-Line P2.
Leo Piironen, Three-Time Finnish Champion
When you enter the Lion’s den you better be ready to face the beast and Leo Piironen unleashed the beast again at the Finnish Championship as he took the title of Champion for the third time. His commemorative stamp will adorn the irreplaceable D-line P2.
Simon Lizotte, Two-Time European Champion
Simon Lizotte has stepped onto the competitive stage that is the European Championship and crushed the competition and claimed the title of Champion for the second time. Lizotte’s commemorative stamp will adorn the trusted Swirl S-Line FD3.
Triumph Series Release Details
One Triumph Series disc will be released each day beginning Monday, October 15.
- Monday, October 15: Grady Shue, Rookie of the Year
- Tuesday, October 16: Eagle McMahon, Konopiste Open
- Wednesday, October 17: Leo Piironen, Three-Time Finnish Champion
- Thursday, October 18: Simon Lizotte, Two-Time European Champion
Each Triumph Series offering will be available worldwide on the Discmania Store, on InnovaStore in Europe, and at your favorite Discmania Dealer.
