As you've probably already heard, we're in the process of rolling out a new groundbreaking disc technology that adds distance to throws for pros and amateurs alike. The technology is called Discmania Premier and it's all about moving excess weight from the center of the disc to the rim to allow more spin, resulting in longer flights.
The initial prototype release of the Premier technology happened at the 2025 Pro Worlds with the introduction of our fan favorite molds, the DD3 & FD, in our new Q-line material. We quickly sold out on the prototype batch and proceeded to offer the Q-line DD3 and FD and commemorative Triumph Series discs celebrating our Team's historic success at the World Championships on our home turf.
The Triumph selection was offered as a presale and the response was so overwhelming that we unfortunately ended up running out of a key component of the raw material required to produce the Q-line plastic using the new Premier technology. Since the material is lab-produced, replenishment is taking longer than expected, which unfortunately means our fulfilment schedule on the Q-line FD's in particular has been delayed.
Premiere DD3 fulfilment starts this week
We will start shipping out both the Q-line DD3's and Flex 3 P-line P2x's next week, meaning we're able to keep the fulfilment of those on the schedule that was originally communicated. Since there are a lot of orders to process, a slight chance remains that a portion of them could take until week 40 to ship out, but we do expect to get the majority of them out the door during week 39.
The production of Ella Hansen's Triumph FD's is taking longer than expected.
As for the Q-line FD's however, we unfortunately need to wait until we're able to finish the production, meaning orders containing the FD's will be shipped at a later date. Our current estimate is that we will be able to ship out the Q-line FD's no later than by the end of week 47.
Some orders will be shipped in 2 parts
If you placed an order during the presale period containing just the Q-line FD products, your entire order will unfortunately be delayed. If you ordered other products besides the Q-line FD's, we will ship out all items besides the Q-line FD's starting this week, effectively splitting your order into 2 separate shipments. This comes at no cost to you, ie. we're covering the extra shipping costs.

2026 - Year of Premier?
For those looking to get their hands on more discs using the Premier technology, we have a number of pretty sweet releases lined up for the 2026 season. Since next year is still quite far away, we're already working hard to drop some of the first tastes of our new hit products over the upcoming winter!
