By now, you've probably already seen the first releases of discs using our new groundbreaking disc technology taking over the courses and social media by storm. The technology is called Discmania Premier and it's all about moving excess weight from the center of the disc towards the rim to allow more spin, resulting in longer flights.
Worlds Triumph Premier FD's arriving shortly
After some difficulties with raw material and high demand, the Worlds 2025 Triumph Series releases using Premier Q-line FD's for Ella Hansen & Niklas Anttila have now been produced. If you have an order in for some of them, you can expect it to arrive in the near future, as we're currently fulfilling orders in Europe and shipping begins in USA this week also.
You might also have noticed that the Gannon Buhr's 2025 World Champ Triumph Series Premiere Q-line DD3's have hit the shelves of many of our dealers, so if you haven't got one yet and are looking for a quick boost for your power distance shots, go pick one up now!
New Premier molds in production
We're also putting a lot of time and effort to add the Premier technology to a few of our pre-existing molds, in addition to creating some all new ones to bring forth the best features of this new technology. Product development of this scale takes some time however, so it will take until 2026 these completely new molds to hit the market.
The Premier technology distributes the weight on the disc in such drastically different fashion than the typical way of disc production, that it requires entirely new, dedicated molds designed specifically for this plastic and production technology. Our Q-Line plastic is made to work with this advanced process, as it’s substantially denser than most plastics. This also means that the Q-line material cannot be used with standard molds.
Premier in Mystery Boxes... in 2026
As we're soon about to let loose our fully reinvented 2025 Red Edition Mystery Boxes, we wanted to make clear that for this Mystery Season, we simply didn't have the production of Premier technology ready enough to facilitate Premier technology discs being included the 2025 Mystery Boxes.
The production of discs used in Mystery Boxes has started already in the summer, which unfortunately meant the timeline for including this new technology simply didn't work out, especially considering the initial challenges we had with the production. If you're looking to purchase a 2025 Mystery Box though, fear not, as we've prepped an astonishing array of carefully curated specialty models in a scale you've never seen before. No matter which box you choose, you will be in for a treat!
Be advised though - This time around there's a lot less Mystery Boxes made overall than on the past couple of years, so it's pretty likely that at least some versions might sell out fast. Just make sure to grab yours early and you'll be all set!
