Discmania Store fulfilment update - May 2025

As the summer season approaches and we're getting ready to roll out some of our much-anticipated 2025 Signature & Creator Series releases, starting with Gannon Buhr's sweet new Cloud Breaker, there's also some changes happening behind scenes here at Discmania Store USA.

At the time of writing, our online store inventory is being transitioned to a new fulfilment location and warehouse. This change allows us shorter lead times for new products to hit the shelves fresh off the production and ultimately better and more robust availability of products in general. While in the long term there shouldn't be any massive changes on how you might have learned to expect us to operate, there's certain things that are good to know in the short term.

Firstly, nothing about our superior products and customer service is changing. We will continue to be the Discmania brand you know with passionate people repping the shield both on the courses and at our offices both in the US and abroad. Physically speaking however, going forward, the fulfilment of our US online store orders will join our wholesale fulfilment location in Emporia, Kansas. Compared to what you may be used to, we do not expect much difference in order processing or shipping times, outside a possible short transitional period in the beginning.

For our Shield Club members, we intend reinvent some of our rewards, processes, and other offerings under a new workflow. It may take a little time during this transition to finalize some of those actions, so stay tuned for now!

The most noticeable change will be what is offered on the store in the short term. Some of our store exclusive items and certain specialty products may appear sold out or temporarily unavailable for a short period of time. These products are being transitioned from one warehouse location to another and will be back online as we're able to process them back to inventory.

As said, we do not expect any snags with fulfilment processes or timing, but if you do have concerns, always feel free to reach out to us at store@discmania.net.

Finally, we want to say thank you to all of our loyal fans for your patience during this time. This adjustment is giving us a chance to regroup, reassess, and reinvigorate the store. After all, the only constant you can depend on is change, and we are excited to take that chance to keep reinventing our game.
