It's that time of the year again to close our doors for a brief period and rewind our clocks for a short while. Discmania USA staff will be out of the office beginning Friday December 23 at 3pm and will return Tuesday January 3rd ready to party (ship orders).
**Mystery box shoppers: All Mystery Box orders placed by Friday December 30 can expect their orders to be shipped by Friday January 20. Any orders outside of this window may be subject to additional delays
This fulfillment window may also change, too. There is always a chance we can get these shipped sooner so make sure to check back often to see the status

Customer service inquiries are not readily available during this time. Small capacities of email service will be offered but phone services will be unavailable. But, that doesn't mean you can't submit the requests/questions that you need in the meantime and we'll get back to you ASAP when we return. Customer requests will be processed rapidly and in the order they are received.For any of you with outstanding orders during this holiday break
You are definitely welcome to submit a request to have your order canceled if you are uncomfortable with fulfillment times. By placing an order between the dates of Friday December 23 and January 3rd, you acknowledge potential delays to normal fulfillment periods and are not subject to additional compensation because of this.
