With the Year of Evolution officially underway following our announcement of our new partnerships with Innova, Latitude 64, and Yikun, we want you to have the chance to own some of the very first products created for our new Discmania Evolution line.
The first disc that will be released in the Evolution line is the Discmania Instinct. We are very excited for this new fairway driver which will be released later this spring, but we can’t wait that long.
The Prototype Primal Run
This is your chance to own a piece of disc golf history. These discs were born at the dawn of this new venture. They’ve been with us since the beginning. To mark the occasion, we’ve selected the first 122 Discmania Instincts ever created and are calling them the Prototype Primal Run.
The first 10 in the Prototype Primal Run have been sent to the vault. The next 10, numbered 11-20, will be up for auction as a fundraiser for the media coverage of the 2019 European Open.
The Primal Run stands out for a few reasons:
- Exclusively made in the Discmania Golden Yellow color with metallic silver and metallic red foil. This disc color will not be in full production.
- These prototype Instincts lack the “Made in Sweden” tooling required on the bottom of the flight plate. The production run will feature the correct tooling.
- All 122 discs are hand-numbered and bagged.
Auction Details
Auctions will begin the afternoon of Monday, February 18 on eBay and will end on Tuesday, February 26. The final time for each auction will end one hour after the other until all auctions are complete.
